Work
No theatre. Evidence.
Client work belongs here only when the result is real and publication is authorized. Until then, this page states the evidence standard every Sprint must meet.
What a published result must contain.
A case study is useful only when another operator can understand what changed, how it was measured, and who owns it now.
| Before | Target | Production evidence | Owner | Handoff |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Queue named | Target signed | Measured in the live workflow | Process owner signs | System and runbook transferred |
| Baseline window agreed | Exclusions agreed | Controls and evals recorded | Operating owner signs | Documentation transferred |
| Source system named | Success threshold agreed | Weekly evidence retained | Delivery owner signs | Team walkthrough complete |
Required evidence
- The named operational queue
- The source system and measurement window
- The agreed baseline, target, and exclusions
- Evidence from production—not a prototype demonstration
Required accountability
- The process owner who signed the result
- The controls and evaluation path
- The system and runbook transferred to the client
- Explicit authorization before any name or number is published
Current state
We will not manufacture proof to fill a page.
There are no client logos, testimonials, or performance claims on this site today. The first authorized production result will be published with its measurement boundary intact.
Name the workflow.
Tell us the queue, source system, and number. We will tell you whether it is a Sprint, an audit, a product you should buy, or a no.
