After production
The Sprint ends with the system in your hands.
The production workflow, evidence, controls, and runbook transfer to the client team. There is no standing Innovorium engagement to buy after handoff.
The decision
Close the work with a clear operating owner.
A working workflow may reveal reusable controls or a product-shaped job worth documenting. It may also be complete. The production result decides; the client does not inherit an open-ended service.
- TransferThe client receives the system, runbook, controls, evidence, and authority to change it.
- OperateThe named process owner runs the live workflow and keeps the measurement boundary visible.
- DocumentReusable controls and product-shaped learning are recorded without creating a generic platform promise.
- CloseThe engagement is complete. Any later need begins as a newly scoped decision, not a standing service.
The boundary
The client keeps the system.
The original production workflow, documentation, evidence, and runbook remain with the client. Innovorium does not sell a standing post-Sprint service.
ProofThe workflow is live against its signed measurement boundary.
HandoffThe process owner has the system, controls, evidence, and runbook.
CloseThe Sprint is complete; any later decision is newly scoped on its own merits.
Start with the workflow.
The first decision is whether one production workflow is ready for an Outcome Sprint.
